1. The competition opens on at 10h00 on 30 January 2015 and closes on 28 February 2015 at 16h00.
2. The closing time will be judged according to Property24.com’s watch.
3. To be entered into the lucky draw, you must fill out the form and answer the question. 
4. Only one entry per email address is permitted.
5. Property24.com reserves the right to remove entries if seen as spam.
6. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Previous competition winners may enter.
8. Winners will be selected in a lucky draw.
9. The prize is not redeemable for cash, and is non-transferable.
10. Once the winner has been selected, an e-voucher will be issued by the sponsor and will include all booking details for the winner to redeem their prize. The winner will be contacted directly by a representative from Property24.com or the sponsor.
11. The prize consists of a self-catering holiday for seven consecutive nights (arriving Friday and departing the following Friday) at San Martinho Beach Club in Bilene, Mozambique.
12. The prize excludes transport to and from the resort, food, beverages and entertainment.
13. The winner and travelling party must hold valid passports. Please note that holders of South African passports do not require a visa to enter Mozambique.
14. If the winner doesn’t qualify or have a valid passport, an alternative winner will be picked.
15. South Africans and South African residents over the age of 18 years old may enter.
16. The prize must be used before 1 February 2016 and is subject to availability of booking dates.
17. The prize is valid for a couple or family to the value of R16 000.
18. The competition is not open to staff members of Korbitec (Pty) Ltd or the associated agencies.
19. A winner will have two months from the date of notification to respond and claim their prize, after which they may forfeit their prize at the discretion of Property24.com.
